報告人簡介：

Dr Francis Jones was born in Canada. He studied initially at the University of Victoria,and later received a PhD from the University of Toronto.These include: radio astronomy (DRAO), the defense department of Canada (DREP), oil & gas exploration(Shell lnc), space exploration (NASA),software development(Empress software & Netlinx software), and university education.For the past 20 years, he has worked primarily in setting up and managing educational partnerships between Chinese and UK universities. Among these, he set up Huanghuai University's first overseas collaboration with the University of Wales. As such, he has many years of experience in working with students to prepare them for overseas study.
