2000年西北工業(yè)大學(xué)本科,2003年復(fù)旦大學(xué)碩士,2013年加拿大約克大學(xué)應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)博士;于2013-2018年間斷性在加拿大西安大略大學(xué)應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)系和蒙特利爾大學(xué)藥學(xué)院從事博士后工作;主要從事蟲媒傳播疾病的數(shù)學(xué)建模與研究,以及定量系統(tǒng)藥理學(xué)中的藥物動(dòng)力學(xué)的建模分析研究;在《Environmental Health Perspectives》、《Journal of Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics》、《Journal of Mathematical Biology》、《Journal of Theoretical Biology》、《Bulletin of Mathematical Biology》等國際生物數(shù)學(xué)主流期刊和藥學(xué)專業(yè)期刊等發(fā)表論文三十篇,其中基于天氣變化的萊姆病傳播媒介風(fēng)險(xiǎn)圖和藥物動(dòng)力學(xué)研究成果分別受到加拿大公共衛(wèi)生局和Wolfram Mathematics公司的關(guān)注。曾主持完成國家自科青年基金(NSFC)和海外加拿大魁北克省自然科學(xué)博士后基金(FRQNT)各一項(xiàng),目前主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng)。
報(bào)告摘要:
Cooperative saturable kinetics between drug molecular and target interaction is very common. The elimination is empirically exhibited by sigmoidal type of Hill equation, which results in the nonlinear elimination property which has been recognized as one of the major issues compromising the drug efficacy and toxicity. In this talk, I will introduce the background of research in drug discovery and drug development, and the studied pharmacokinetic models with drugs exhibiting cooperative drug-target interaction. As a result, the complete solutions of time course of drug concentration and several important pharmacological parameters including clearance, elimination half-life and drug exposure are presented. These model-based findings theoretically elucidate important pharmacokinetic issues and provide guidance for the rational drug designs. These are jointed works with Prof. Jun Li and Fahima Nekka at University of Montreal in Canada.
